Positive thinking

Have Faith For Positive Thoughts And Experience Victory !

Where there is faith there is victory. When someone has faith there are no doubts or questions about the self, others or situations. Faith also enables a person to see and understand simple things in life with a new understanding. It shows direction and courage to go on. When we have faith, we experience ourselves to be lucky and thus receive cooperation from many others. We would also be able to experience success at every step. There is then no worry and we are troubled less by aspects that keep changing around us. Our thoughts then would always be positive and we experience victory.
Be Willing To Change For Your Progress And Improvement !     To have a clean and clear heart is to learn constantly. The one with a clean and clear heart practices the truth in daily life. Such a person is able to focus attention on the self instead of looking wastefully at others or their weaknesses. It enables to bring knowledge into practice. It enables one to be free from excuses. Thus there is constant learning and constant change and progress. Where we have a clean heart we are free from feelings of laziness, fear or dependence. When we are clear within, there is a deep desire within us to change and we make ourselves available for every little thing that will enable us to bring about a change. We are willing to change constantly, progressing and improving with each and every situation.

There is essentially only one way in which you can bring about self- transformation – that’s if you want to – but you will not think you need to if you are still taking your happiness from outside yourself, and still managing to tolerate the periods of unhappiness which result. As soon as your happiness is dependent on anything outside, you make yourself a slave to a condition, substance or perhaps a person. A slave is not free. And happiness is impossible if you are not free. Perhaps this goes some way to explaining why our happiness fluctuates. Real happiness does not go up and down. Real freedom means that your happiness comes from inside out. That will require detachment and renunciation, not least from the illusions and conditioning of society which would have you believe happiness can be acquired from outside in. Can you see it? Inside out, not outside in!

To have the awareness of being a master is to use inner powers accurately. The one who is a master of the self is able to keep everything under control. He is able to understand the situation and act accordingly. He never reacts to situations, so he doesn’t allow situations to influence him. On the other hand, he becomes a source of influence on everything around. When we have the consciousness of being a master, we are free from inner conflict and struggle. We are not under anyone or anything’s control but are able to give an order in a second. We find that our mind, our sense organs everything is ready to obey these orders. Our life thus moves in the right direction.

The means for protection is to use the shield of humility. Humility means to be connected with our own sense of self-worth. This inner strength and power enables us to respond to situations and people in a positive way. We are able to understand and provide instead ofexpecting. We experience the protection from our weaknesses when we are humble. Situations do challenge our weaknesses, but the power of our humility keeps us calm and stable and we don’t react even in our mind to situations.
There is no nourishment like happiness – it’s an elixir. There is no sickness like sorrow – it’s a poison. The experience of true happiness cures the sickness of sorrow. A cheerful face goes a long way towards making everything better!

Make The Best Out Of Every Situation !        Each act becomes service when there is an expression of one’s own virtues. Each one has his own unique role to play with his own unique set of specialities. Every situation is actually a chance to express one’s own specialities or virtues. The one who is busy doing this, is able to be a constantly serviceable one. He needs no special conditions for service, but is able to do service each second. When we are aware of the service that we can do and the contribution that we can make, we are able to enjoy both the positive and negative situations that come our way. We don’t wait for situations to change but are able to make the best out of the present situation for others and ourselves too.

Experience The Power Of Truth And Have A Positive Impact On Other Person !

Inner power reveals truth through few words. When there is an experience of the truth that one is speaking about, there is economy in words. The authority of the experience is so powerful that it has a very positive impact on the other person. There need not be many words used but a few words would convey very powerfully and bring about the desired change too. When we have experienced the truth of what we say, we are an embodiment of what we are speaking. So our words are not just words but are more an inspiration for those around us. We bring about a change in people automatically because we become a role model. We don’t have to use a lot of energy in correcting things that go wrong. Instead we are able to inspire change easily.

You have the power to tolerate anyone and any situation. But tolerance is not just suffering in silence. It means going beyond any personal discomfort you may feel, and giving a gift to whom ever you would tolerate. Give your time, attention, understanding, compassion, care – all are gifts, which paradoxically, you also receive in the process of giving. And, as you do, you will experience your own self esteem and inner strength grow. In this way you can turn tolerance into strength.

I can make a hobby out of worrying. I worry about the noise and then complain when it is too quiet. I worry about having too many sunny dry spells and then complain when it rains. I may even be worried about worrying too much. It is essential to take an honest interest in what goes on around me, and of course it is always wise to analyze a situation and take the necessary precautions to avoid being influenced by anything negative. However, when all is said and done, my tense and burdened mind will not be able to function clearly enough to arrive at a suitable solution to a problem. Maybe I should just do the best that I can and beyond that leave it in the hands of God. To have faith in the self, faith in God and faith in God’s plan is a sure way to remain clear and free of burdens.

I cannot afford to overlook the influence that other people have on me. There are cases where people quarrel, fight and even commit murder because they are influenced by gossip, influenced by the words of others. To what extent do I check that I am not being influenced by gossip? Negativity in the mind is like poison. Negative thoughts are the seeds of negative actions. It might seem like a simple everyday occurrence – my friends tell me in the strictest confidence that such and such a person is like this and does so-and-so. I listen and accept without question because of the friendship. My attitude and actions now become influenced by my friends words, and I find myself acting and reacting in accordance with the information fed to me. Gossip and guessing bring sorrow, heaviness and distrust. Poison can come in many disguises, but poison is poison whether from an enemy or a friend.
Exercise The Power Of Peace !

Peace consists of pure thoughts, pure feelings and pure wishes. When the energy of thought, word and action is balanced and stable, the individual is at peace with the self, in relationships and the world. To exercise the power of peace look inward in order to look outward with courage, purpose and meaning.

Many of us spend most of our life trying to live someone else’s life. We are great fixers, and as we watch others we can hear ourselves attempting to ‘sort them out’. We hear it in our conversations with others and with ourselves. It sounds like, “They shouldn’t…weren’tthey awful…did you hear about so and so…in my opinion they should”. In these moments we waste time trying to write the script of others and forget to write our own. We have no right to write another’s script and any attempt to do so is futile, frustrating and doomed to failure. So let be, and taste the freedom from the subtle tensions and anxieties about others by letting them write their own script. Don’t miss your life by trying to live someone else’s.
